"BeYouT" is My Mission

I am a lifelong learner, dancer, globetrotter, humanitarian, tarot, astrology, fairytale, tantra & science enthusiast. I'm both an animal and nature lover. I trained in ballroom dance, argentine tango and pole dancing for over 10 years in NYC & LA. I am a certified Sivananda Yoga instructor, and a certified DreamBuilder coach. I experienced my spiritual awakening later in life, in the wake of over 20 years working as a CPA equivalent in the corporate, humanitarian and medical research industries. I was born and raised in Ireland, and have both lived in and traveled to almost 40 countries in my adulthood. After the 2010 Haiti earthquake, I spent 18 months in-country and I was essential worker during the pandemic in a busy Los Angeles hospital. My own journey has led me, with the support of licensed mental health professionals,  to *overcome debilitating CPTSD, a history of psychological trauma, an eating disorder, depression and chronic anxiety, reclaiming my power, my voice and my JOY for life. My work fuses my love of dance, beauty, art, gnosis, and my travel adventures in supporting my clients at all stages along their path through healing, and trauma release to empowerment.
